When I was growing up, my mom, a single mother with 3 kids, worked as a waitress. She would come home from work exhausted with an aching back and muscle fatigue in her neck and shoulders. I felt great satisfaction in being able to bring my mom some relief by massaging out the kinks.
I was always drawn to massage therapy but I didn’t pursue it professionally until an injury compelled me to make a career change. As a semi-truck driver, I fell while preparing my load and fractured 3 vertebrae. After recovering, I decided to pursue my passion and attended the Massage Therapy program at La James College in Mason City, Iowa, graduating in 2010. Upon graduation, I obtained my Iowa license. I became licensed in the state of Washington after moving here in 2018. I have been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2010.
I employ Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and other modalities. My goal is to work with you to tailor your massage to meet your needs in a manner that is comfortable
and effective, helping your body to help itself.
